Serious cause for concern...
... is what I got for my exams.
(Just incase you don't know what this means... It means that I FAILED)
They named this very well don't they? Because these results are causing me to concern about my effort and abilities very seriously.
I deserved these results.
I also know what I need to and am suppose to do to fix the situation.
But I'm not sure if I want to fix it.

為自己? 做研究生已足夠我生活
Why the hell do I need to do this?

You said before medicine was all you ever wanted to do. If you mean that then stay positive and push on.
Look at why you failed, be honest with yourself, and work out a plan to go forward with.
You're *not* a failure yansie! I know you're good enough to do this.
Maybe you need to focus now.
Medicine IS all I want to do. Well, it's kinda all I have left in my life at the moment. But you know when you lose direction, for whatever reason (I can tell that you can't read Chinese...) and suddenly you are not that sure why you wanted to do it so much in the first place.
It's hard because I don't want to be all sad and unhappy about it all so I just put on a brave face, joke about my results and just laugh it off. It's hard though when you feel empty inside.
I know what to do and am doing it! I'm going to do as much as I can on my SSM now, drown my sorrows at the disco tonight and then work even harder during the weekend (maybe slip a 50 pound note into my SSM when I give it in).
And about you stalking... well, if a stalker means someone who cheers me on when I'm down - I don't mind having one :P Hope you are well whoever you are!

Yes, I will tell you. Doesn't have to change anything. Just another face passing in the halls but from someone who cares.
