Bipolar

I can't stand myself anymore, I don't understand my mood, I don't understand the world, I don't understand medicine, I don't understand men, I don't understand the weather, I don't understand anything at all......why am I so bloody stupid? I am beginning to feel like I've had enough of everything now. I am stressed & low & feeling like hell...can someone please take me away from all this?
